What’s included in each package?

Each plan covers receiving, storage, pick & pack, and shipping. Starter and Growth include set order and storage limits, while Enterprise offers custom solutions. Add-ons like custom packaging, returns, and eco options are available for all plans.

Can I use my own packaging?

Yes, you can supply your own branded or eco-friendly packaging, or choose from our in-house options. We also offer custom design and fulfillment for packaging to fit your brand’s needs.

How does billing and payment work?

All plans are billed monthly at a flat rate, with no setup fees or hidden charges. You can pay securely online, either as a one-time payment or by subscription. Add-ons are billed as used.

How fast can I get started?

Account setup and system integration are completed within 72 hours. Once onboarded, you can start shipping inventory to us and we’ll handle the rest, including live support and easy contact options.

Who pays for shipping and how does it work?

At Bobbee Logistics, we offer flexible and transparent shipping payment options tailored to your workflow and preferences.

You can choose between the following:

1. Fixed-Rate Shipping via Payment Link
We calculate the shipping cost based on your package size and destination. Once the order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a secure payment link with a fixed rate. This is the easiest option for hands-off fulfillment — we handle everything, you just confirm and pay.

2. Full Control – Direct Access to Our Shipping System
For customers who prefer full control over each shipment, we can add you directly to our shipping system (e.g. Shipmondo). You'll have access to real-time carrier options, prices, and labels — and can pay directly through the system.

3. Prepaid Shipping Balance (Optional)
If you prefer full automation, we offer the option to keep a prepaid balance ("saldo") with us. For every outgoing shipment, we simply deduct the cost from your balance, so your orders are fulfilled without delay or manual payment steps.
